What You're Opting Into
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from your TrueSignal AI Concierge. These messages include:
- Conversational responses to your questions and requests
- Proactive insights, updates, and notifications from your AI Concierge
- Follow-up messages related to your prior conversations
Message frequency varies based on your usage and interaction. You control the conversation — the Concierge responds when you reach out.
How You Opt In
You opt in by taking a clear, affirmative action — for example:
- Sending an initial text message to the AI Concierge phone number
- Providing your phone number during the Concierge setup process on truesignal.ai
- Clicking a "Connect via SMS" button and confirming your phone number
Your consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You can use TrueSignal's web-based interface without opting in to SMS messaging.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time. We honor opt-out requests immediately — here are your options:

You can also tell the Concierge in plain language — for example, "I don't want messages anymore" or "please stop texting me." We'll process it the same way.
Once you opt out, you'll receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by texting START to the same number.

Quiet Hours
We respect your time. Automated and proactive messages are never sent between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM in your local time zone. If you initiate a conversation outside these hours, your Concierge will still respond.
Rates & Carrier Information
Message and data rates may apply. TrueSignal does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
SMS messaging is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your Data & Privacy
Your phone number and conversations are used solely to deliver your AI Concierge experience. Here's what you should know:
